This is an evaluation fee for the return of any electronic item outside of warranty for the USA
A full diagnostic will be provided on your unit based upon the description of issues you've provided to us.
The service fee will include all freight costs to Germany/Hong Kong (if required to be sent for further testing/warranty) and return postage to you.
Some products requiring special attention to damage will be charged additional costs of materials required to fix your issue.
Any items warrantied by Mikado Germany or Scorpion will have their service fee refunded, less return shipping from MikadoUSA.com to you the customer.
