Mikado USA is
currently the only authorized service/repair center authorized by Mikado Model
Helicopters GmbH to address any repair, service, and warranty issues on all
genuine Mikado-branded products purchased in North America.
Should you have
any issues with your Mikado product, simply contact us and provide us with a
detailed explanation of the problem, your purchase receipt, and your contact
information. In the case of V-Bar issues, please also provide us with your
Serial Number and software version. Our qualified support team will respond
back to you within 48 hours to assist you.
Mikado USA does
not perform repairs on items that were purchased from non-authorized Mikado USA
Dealers in North America. For a list of all authorized Mikado USA dealers
please refer to our dealer page. Items sent to Mikado USA and determined to be
Grey Market products will be returned without repair.
packages will be accepted by Mikado USA without a valid reference number. Our support staff will provide a reference number to you through
email. We recommend that you
ship packages to Mikado USA via UPS, USPS, or FedEx using an automated tracking
system and insured service. Mikado USA will not be responsible for any
merchandise lost in transit.

on any and all warranty issues in North America will be
covered by Mikado USA. However, shipping charges on all other services will be
born by the customer. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
